Hey every1,

Just to let every1 know, that my internet is ok lol.

Now that the important news is out of the way, now here come the minor details of a few things that will be happening in the next couple of months.

School is about to start (next week I think) and I am sure like most of you who do go to college, know that time is going be an issue. Summer has come and unfortunately its about to gone. I am please of what the summer has bought to me and how I was able to use this time off from school and work on some stuff. Mostly I am proud that I was finally able to use my DA account (a year later after I created it) and met some great ass people on here. People who are fellow artist (duh) that took the time to point out some stuff, show me some tricks, give me advice, and overall very huge support from them.

Thank you for those who helped me in every sense of the word and for those who inspire me to continue to work harder on my craft and never stop improving, wowing, and growing more in love with it.

Now that the ass kissing portion is done, now down to business:

- refine my style
- refine my color
- introducing of OC (4-5 of em)
- work on projects that was hold off
- Commissions
- Rework on page

These are goals that I have set myself for the next few months and they are not in any particular order. Overall, I want to get them done in one form or another.

Refine my Style: this is an important one that I was able to begin at the start of summer and slowly but surly overall what I aiming for is coming along very nicely, however there’s this thing in me that I want to improve it, make it better, never stop taking it to the next level. I look over what I have done this past summer ( Im planing to make a progress type pieces to show how far I came) and then I look over other artist pieces and I say to myself “I can always do better and I want to do better.” I am sure that I will never stop improving my skills and get that better with every piece I make. I guess it’s the perfectionist in me.

Refine my Coloring: I started this towards the end of summer and been working on it non-stop. I continue to be observant of what and how I color and trying out different styles, tricks, tips, and looking over tons of tutorials. At the moment I am using a stamp sized Wacom tablet, and it does hinder me of really going nuts with what I want to do, since the workspace is so tiny. Plus, I want to stray away from using the pen pool to do the inking and rather do the inking freehand. I feel that way I am able to improve my lineart and gain more confidence in my lines. I do try to my best to work with what I have, and overall, the progression is there and the final results are somewhat of what I want. Also, right now I am trying to save money from the commissions that I get to pick one a Citiq tablet (oh man that thing so freaking sweet). Its not that expensive (depends how you look at it) and the purchase will be well worth it at the end.

Commissions: I am going to rework my commission prices that will reflect on my current artistic level. So be sure to stay tuned for that update, in which will be happening today. Also, not only prices will change, and for those who cant afford to fork out money, I will have a special sections for trades. Not in art trades, but I will have listed certain items of I would like, and if you have it and willing to part with it, then the trade can be made. More details will follow as soon and I post it.

Introduce OCs: Many of you have seen the first one (Unnamed OC and I am sure that I will name her one day lol) I am going to make a small group of them and introduce them to DA. There will be either 4 or 5 OC that will cause trouble and mischief on here. I am doing this for a couple of reasons:

- something fun to do
- practice on concept designs and building OCs for future projects

The characters that have in my mind are a huge range of different personalities and each one will completely be different from one another but yet they will have something in common that will blend their differences together.

Work on projects that were put on hold: the reason why I got into my art again after so many years off of it and try to improve it is because of

and his movies. The first time I seen his movies, I was not only moved, excited, inspired, but I felt this fire in me that hasn’t been lit in such a long time when it comes to art. I felt an overwhelming sense and desire of creating something that is as awesome if not more awesome than Monty’s movies. I have a good number of movies in my head, on paper, on cardboard, on napkins, you name it I have some details of ideas on it lol. I am going to start working on those ideas in the next couple weeks, so don’t be surprise if you barely seen any new pieces from me, unless its commission ones. So I am going to try my luck when it comes to 3D models, animations, and movie making. Also, theres a reason why I am doing this:

- to prepare myself when I jump into my field of choice : Video Games Design (artistic aspect of it that is)

And finally I am going to rework my page on here to make it more welcome and somewhat professional. I was scanning through a lot of artist’s pages and trying to get some ideas of how I want my page to look and how to approach it. This is will be happening soon, so stay tuned for it.
